Public data from social and content platforms: account profiles, articles and videos, engagement counts, comments, live-room data, product listings and reviews. We do not collect private messages or any data that requires account credentials you have not authorised us to use.

Three models. API access is prepaid and consumption-based. Data projects are quoted per dataset — by platform, field set, time range and volume. Account services are priced per account or per placement, and the price lists are published on the relevant service page.

Yes. Registration issues an API key with trial credits that land in your account immediately, so you can test any endpoint in the online console. For data projects we will usually provide a small sample first.

Volume pricing applies automatically to API consumption. For large projects and annual commitments we quote individually — ask us and we will be straight about what is available.

Yes — we sign one on request, and it is standard for enterprise and data-annotation projects. We do not resell or republish client-specific datasets.

API responses in JSON; datasets via cloud drive (structured files plus field documentation); reports as PDF or Excel. We can match your schema if you provide one.

We operate as a data service provider and require customers to use data lawfully. For regulated industries we will discuss permitted use before the project starts.

We are headquartered in Hangzhou, China, and work with customers worldwide. Contracts can be issued in USD, and support is available in English and Chinese.
